Interior Architecture
The interior of the home was opened up to allow a free flow of views and delta breezes.
Old pine double hung windows with wavy glass have been carefully re-roped, weatherstripped and are ready for another 100 years of service. Some windows were replaced, but the authenticity and character of the original, especially once refurbished is a valuable asset to the home and because they are nearly air tight, are quiet and energy efficient.
