Exterior Home Facelift

A 1903 foursquare that was deemed worthy of tearing down by some when it was purchased in 1989 has been given a new lease on life.

Another view of the window box and the new recessed basement entry below. Copper pipes are for drainage. The box sits on a special "french cleat" ledger detail with minimal penetrations into the house. All parts were leftovers and salvage materials.
